3/4" Pressure reducer with manometer – ready-to-fit

A pressure reducer protects installations against high supply pressure. When it is used, pressure damage is avoided and the water consumption is considerably reduced!
A pressure reducer (or pressure reducing valve, reducing valve) is a device for installation in a hose or line system, which ensures that a certain initial pressure is not exceeded at the outlet side, despite different pressures on the inlet side (inlet pressure).
The control factor is the lower pressure behind the pressure reducer, which is also called the back pressure. This is directed to a diaphragm whose movement causes the valve to open and close. If the back pressure then rises, the valve closes accordingly and thus reduces the pressure. Vice versa, the valve will open as soon as the pressure drops. The value of the back pressure can be controlled by a spring inside the pressure reducer, which acts on the diaphragm.
