SC66 – highly alkaline cleaner concentrate

Cleaner concentrate for the production of cleaning agents for parts cleaning in metalworking (both for manual and automatic cleaning) as well as cleaning agents for machine and plant cleaning in the industrial sector.

 

Detergents are usually prepared with tap water, but special applications require preparation with dematerialised water.

For ultrasonic applications, detergents must always be prepared with dematerialised water.

 

SC66 is an aqueous, highly alkaline industrial cleaner for cleaning open or closed circulation cooling systems of metalworking machines. SC66 is used for the optimal removal of residues from cooling lubricant emulsions and metalworking solutions. The product is used in concentrations of 1-max. 3% depending on the degree of contamination. May also be added before the coolant is changed and run for approx. 8 hours during operation.
