ISOmist® + ISOmist®09
ISOmist® is a special metalworking fluid for minimal quantity lubrication (MQL), for fine atomization for the high-speed cutting, grinding and cutting. It has extremely good lubricating properties and can be used for the machining of almost all metals including special steels, chrome and nickel alloys, titanium, Hastelloy, copper, brass, aluminum and many others. The product is preferably used where high demands are placed on surface quality as well as on process reliability.
ISOmist® convinces with further good features:
• 100% water soluble
• biodegradable
• free of solvents, oils, chlorine and other substances that are hazardous to the environment and to the health of employees
• produces minimal fog and is otherwise practically odorless
• approved according to "Boeing Specification BAC 5008 12.1 to 12.5" and thus approved for use in the aircraft industry.
• It is not a burden on the machine and the environment
• No dangerous goods
ISOmist®09 is a metalworking fluid for minimal quantity lubrication (MQL) especially for "steady rest lubrication" during roll grinding, fine atomizing for HighSpeedCutting, grinding and cutting. It dissolves completely into other cooling lubrication systems on water basis without affecting it. It is, for example, perfectly compatible with our grinding solutions SGF®03 and SGF®03 BM. If too much applied fluid gets into the circuit of the grinding water, it is not affected or lowered in the pH value. The fluid is completely dissolved.
ISOmist®09 It has extremely good lubricating properties and can be used for the machining of almost all metals including special steels, chrome and nickel alloys, titanium, Hastelloy, copper, brass, aluminum and many others. Practical experience has shown that residues of ISOmist®09 on the surface of workpieces, have no impairment during subsequent welding or even painting, in most cases the belated "washing" can be waived (cost reduction).
