Unimate is an oil-free, biodegradable, water-soluble, skin- and environmentally friendly metalworking fluid for use in manual metalworking processes.
UNImate is a revolutionary product for a wide range of applications, especially for manual machining of a wide variety of metals. These include hardened steel, iron, titanium, copper, brass, aluminum and many others.
The unique composition provides excellent performance even under extreme conditions, with very little smoke and odor, as well as absolute safety for people and the environment. The technical superiority to most oil- or ester-based cutting oils or pastes has been found in numerous tests. UNImate is used for drilling, boring, cutting, milling, tapping, forming and many other applications.
- UNImate is based on natural raw materials, non-toxic to the skin and the respiratory tract of the user. Also in case of accidental ingestion there is no danger to the health of the persons concerned.
- UNImate does not contain oil, chlorine, silicone, resin, acid or volatile hydrocarbons (VOC).
