MQL SprayUnit – MINI 0,5 Liter

Our starter model is the space-saving, cost-effective and efficient SprayUnit-MINI for minimal quantity lubrication (MQL) that has been specifically designed for use with our ISOmist^®.

The fluid pump controls the exact amount of fluid required from 0 mm³ to 41 mm³. The dosage of fluid can exactly be reproduced. The unit is 100% pneumatically controlled. The fluid is first nebulized at the spray nozzle with compressed air and then brought to the process site. The SprayUnit-MINI brings lubrication to the point! Harmful aerosols and spray mist are thereby prevented.

 

The fluid and the compressed air quantity can be adjusted at different times depending on the process requirement. The SprayUnit-MINI is not expandable.
